Our Roots
As a BCBA-owned and operated practice, Brooke and Drew have grown from humble beginnings, driven by a shared passion for meaningful, high-quality care. Together, they bring a combined 30 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, working in and advocating for ABA across a variety of roles and settings.
Over the course of their careers, Brooke and Drew have worn many hats: starting as direct support professionals, advancing into clinical roles, managing teams, leading organizations, and contributing to policy development that has impacted care across multiple states. Their broad experience gives them a unique perspective on what families truly need, services that are compassionate, individualized, and effective.
At the heart of their work, they believe in the power of connection, the necessity of quality, and the pursuit of meaningful progress. Every child deserves to feel supported and every family deserves to feel confident in their care. That commitment guides everything at Post Oak Autism Services.
Drew Perry, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Owner: Executive Director of Clinical Operations
Drew earned his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mercyhurst University and has been credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2015. Before becoming a BCBA, Drew provided direct support services in community, outpatient, and school-based settings, working with individuals ranging in age from 18 months to 70 years old.
With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Drew has led cross-functional teams, standardized clinical processes, and implemented strategic initiatives that drive measurable outcomes for clients and organizations. His therapeutic style is relationship-based, applying realistic and effective interventions that create meaningful and lasting impact for both individuals and their families. His passion for creating sustainable behavior change and improving lives continues to fuel his work as a behavior analyst.
Outside of his clinical work, Drew enjoys BBQ, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family. He values quality time and shared experiences, and he brings that same perspective of connection and balance into his professional practice.
Brooke began her ABA journey in 2010, starting her career in public schools, supporting early education preschool programs. In 2012, she transitioned to providing in-home therapy for children and families as part of Utah’s Autism Medicaid Waiver pilot program. This experience ignited her passion for ABA, as she played a direct role in expanding access to services for her community and the state of Utah.
As services grew across Southern Utah, Brooke expanded alongside, working closely with children in homes, schools, and clinics. Her hands-on experience with families built the foundation for her child-centered, compassionate approach.
Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Tech University and a master’s degree in education in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from Arizona State University. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has led teams, mentored future clinicians, and specialized in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBIs). She has had the privilege of serving children and families across Utah, Colorado, and now Texas.
Her greatest passion is providing play-based therapy focused on connection and meaningful outcomes within family systems. Brooke is known for her warm, relationship-driven approach, always centering the needs of both the child and family. She believes that the most valuable lessons come from the children and families she serves.
Brooke thrives in supporting children in their most natural environments, surrounded by the people who love and advocate for them the most.
Outside of her clinical work, Brooke enjoys creative outlets—music production and DJing, painting, baking, gardening, and spontaneous kitchen dance parties with her family. She believes in finding the everyday joys, both in her personal life and in her professional practice.
