Our Roots
As a BCBA-owned and operated practice, Brooke and Drew have grown from humble beginnings, driven by a shared passion for meaningful, high-quality care. Together, they bring a combined 30 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, working in and advocating for ABA across a variety of roles and settings.
Over the course of their careers, Brooke and Drew have worn many hats: starting as direct support professionals, advancing into clinical roles, managing teams, leading organizations, and contributing to policy development that has impacted care across multiple states. Their broad experience gives them a unique perspective on what families truly need, services that are compassionate, individualized, and effective.
At the heart of their work, they believe in the power of connection, the necessity of quality, and the pursuit of meaningful progress. Every child deserves to feel supported and every family deserves to feel confident in their care. That commitment guides everything at Post Oak Autism Services.

Erica Groenendaal, BS, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Erica began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2024 and provides clinical services to children ages 2–7. Her passion for ABA is rooted in personal experience, having a family member with an autism diagnosis who did not have access to the services available today. Erica is committed to creating fun, compassionate, play-based therapy sessions that build meaningful connections and support functional communication so children can advocate for themselves. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
