Post Oak Autism Services is growing. While we are intentionally small, we are building something strong, thoughtful, and rooted in quality—much like the oak tree itself.

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about family-centered care and interested in growing alongside a values-driven, grassroots organization. We prioritize joy in the work, meaningful connection, flexibility, and clinical quality over volume or burnout culture.
