Flexible unpaid time off, with scheduling that respects personal time and balance.
Block scheduling when possible
Maximum three-hour sessions per client
Typically one to three clients per RBT
Direct access to supervising BCBAs
Twenty percent supervision per client
As a growing practice, hours are connected to active client enrollment and may fluctuate as we continue to build thoughtfully. We are committed to developing a structure where increased stability and compensation can evolve as Post Oak continues to grow.

Operations and clinical supervision led by experienced, BCBAs who remain directly engaged in assessment, treatment planning, and in-session coaching
20 percent supervision per client, focused on clinical growth and treatment integrity
Play-based, naturalistic teaching grounded in functional outcomes and caregiver collaboration
Scheduling designed to support depth of work rather than high-volume service delivery
A small, values-driven team where quality, accountability, and communication matter
Our services take place in the home and community, where daily life happens and joy naturally occurs. We integrate teaching into real routines and environments, supporting functional skills that families can see and use in everyday moments.

Active RBTs in good standing
Experienced in ABA, with a minimum of one year preferred
Comfortable providing services in home-based settings
Comfortable engaging in play, getting silly, and following a child’s lead
Curious about contributing to a small, thoughtfully growing organization
Motivated to work with autonomy and take ownership in their role
Eager to deepen their knowledge of applied behavior analysis
Open to feedback and committed to ongoing clinical growth
Reliable, professional, self-directed, and accountable
Equipped with reliable transportation
This role is well suited for RBTs who are energized by responsibility, value meaningful work, and want to contribute to shaping the future of a clinician-led practice.

For applicants who are not yet credentialed, completion of a BACB-compliant 40-hour RBT training is part of our interview eligibility process. While completing the training does not guarantee an interview or employment, it reflects readiness to enter the field with intention.
